Balsamic spinach and mushroom saute
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch spinach with stems removed and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
Directions:
- Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan
- Add the onions and fry untill browned
- Add the garlic and mushrooms
- Add the spinach and balsamic vinegar
- Cook untill the spinach is wilted
