This has become one of my weekend favorites Eggs, Paleo and primal friendly, Wholefood, fat loss friendly

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small zucchini
  • Sea salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Crushed garlic or dried garlic flakes
  • 5ml coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Make zucchini noodles with a spiralizer or vegetable peeler
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan
  3. Add the zucchini, garlic and chilli flakes
  4. Crack the eggs over the zucchini and cover the pan with a lid
  5. Cook the eggs to your desired softness. The zucchini will caramelise while the eggs cook.. delicious
