Gummies, gut health, Paleo and primal friendly, low carb, Wholefood

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbs gelatin (preferably from grass fed cows)
  • 8 Tbs hot water
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Add the gelatin to the water and stir briskly untill thoroughly mixed
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Pour into moulds or a square baking dish
  4. Place it in the fridge untill set
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week
