Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 slices ham
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 8 eggs

Directions:

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess liquids
  2. Grate the carrot
  3. Mix all the I gradients together and top with cheese
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or till set
