Sauteed kale
Serves 4:
Time 15:
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs coconut oil
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Chilli flakes
- Garlic flakes
Directions:
- Remove the stems from the kale.
- Chop and wash the kale.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan and fry the onions.
- Add the chilli and garlic flakes.
- Add the kale and chicken stock.
- Cook untill the kale is wilted.
