Self love is a topic I work on with all my clients and yoga students.
Society and the media keeps on highlighting our floors, telling us we will only be beautiful if we were thinner, younger, richer, taller you name it!
The more we see these outward messages, the more we lose touch with who we are! We are all beings of light having a human experience on this beautiful planet.
Looking inwards instead of outwards can start helping us see who we truly are. We are all worthy of love, especially self love!
How we feel about ourselves effect everything we will ever do, our relationships, our careers, our dreams and the actions we take on a daily basis. Your love for yourself will reflect in the way you love others!
Meditation on self love allows us to reconnect with our hearts to help us remember that we are worthy of love, especially our own.
