This is a 12 day challenge that will be updated daily with a small task, affirmation and resource th help support you on your journey to food freedom

  • What tools do I have to support me in the new year to stop this cycle of overeating

Become a critical viewer of social and media messages on having the “perfect body”Do you agree with their messages? Comment what you have noticed and if you agree

Binge eating is not your fault, you are acting on automatic impulses called urges, you are simply doing the best you can with the tools you currently have. Here are my top 3 reasons why you binge

Day 5 -Body

Action for today:

Practice deep breathing for realaxation, calming the mind and connecting to your inner mindset. This will create the awareness on how you are talking to yourself. Are you being hard on yourself or threating yourself with compassion?
