Day 1 -Mind
Affirmation: I choose to stop apologising for being me

Action for today:

- How can I forgive myself for overeating
- What tools do I have to support me in the new year to stop this cycle of overeating

Become a critical viewer of social and media messages on having the “perfect body”Do you agree with their messages? Comment what you have noticed and if you agree

Day 5 -Body
Affirmation: My hunger is safe, and I cherish it as part of me

Day 7 -Mind
Affirmation: I release negative self-talk

Action for today:
Practice deep breathing for realaxation, calming the mind and connecting to your inner mindset. This will create the awareness on how you are talking to yourself. Are you being hard on yourself or threating yourself with compassion?
