Ep 6 – Stel Coombe-Heath: Meditation for guilt after overeating

In today’s episode, I will be sharing a guided meditation on overeating.
I was going to be talking about how to survive the holiday season however I was guided to really just show up and deliver something that is a little bit more heart-centered instead of the guilt that we feel around overeating.
Guilt is such a negaive emotion and I wanted to create a little bit of relief from that I hope you enjoy this meditation as it is a journey into forgiveness and moving forward after overeating.
Find a quiet space where you can get comfortable, grab your journal to write down whatever comes up for you after the meditation as this is a beautiful space to reflect and just to allow that forgiveness to pour out of your heart
