Meditation for emotional eating
In today’s episode, I will be sharing a guided meditation on self-love when food makes me feel better.
February is the month of love and we give a lot of love, however, we can be very hard on ourselves for emotional eating.

Meditation is a tool that I love using with my clients and I have a daily meditation practice. I’m a quailied meditation and yoga teacher and meditation can help us calm down the mind and help us feel and think rationally.
When we can think rationally we can have greater control over how we react to our urges to binge.
