How do you set up your year for overeating recovery success then?
Follow these principals
- Never go hungry
- Let go of perfectionism
- Aim to eat fruit and veggies each day
- Practice mindfulness during the day especially mealtimes
- Move your body often
- Drink plenty of water
- Do small things to pamper yourself
- Be kind to yourself
- Be kind to your body
