Follow these principals

  • Never go hungry
  • Let go of perfectionism
  • Aim to eat fruit and veggies each day
  • Practice mindfulness during the day especially mealtimes
  • Move your body often
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Do small things to pamper yourself
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Be kind to your body
