A delicious and refreshing treat and it contains only wholefoods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • 1/3 wholenuts (or any not you like)

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve immediately
  3. Enjoy 🍧

Toppings: (optional)

  • Cocoa nibs
  • Cashew nuts (any nuts you like)
  • Coconut chips
  • Sliced fruit
  • 80% dark chocolate
